Kalai Vaani Maniam, LL.B (Hons) Malaya, is the dynamic Founder and Managing Partner of our firm. She graduated from University of Malaya in 2009 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2010.

In August 2020, she obtained her Executive Certificate in Islamic Finance. She is also a registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MMIHRM). In 2022, she achieved another significant milestone by becoming a Registered Trademark Agent under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).

Prior to embarking on her legal career in Conveyancing in 2014, she had the incredible opportunity to work in a well-established non-profit organization and a distinguished secretarial organization in Klang Valley. These experiences have enabled her to hone her managerial and administrative skills while also allowing her to pursue her passion for serving others.

Her areas of expertise include conveyancing (property and real estate related), Islamic banking, estate planning, corporate, and other non-contentious matters. She is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services with a focus on client satisfaction.

Rajarajeswari Paraseraman, LL.B (Hons) Malaya graduated from the University of Malaya in 2017 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2018.

Upon graduating, she completed her pupilage in a well-established law firm in Kluang, Johor and has continued employed in the same firm for 6 years where she has gained immense experience in general litigation during this time.

Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of general litigation including divorce proceedings and matrimonial disputes, custody matters, estate distribution, insolvency/liquidation proceedings, banking litigation, accident matters, employment matters and criminal matters.

She is truly passionate about these areas of practice and is committed to further developing her expertise in order to provide the highest level of service for her clients.
